Trade Marketing Manager Food / B2B (f/m/d)

About the Position

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager for a stable European company in the food/FMCG sector. This is an independent, highly business-oriented role for someone who can translate marketing strategy into actions that effectively support sales – from planning and budgeting, through customer activations and POS materials, to launching new products on the market.

You will work closely with the Sales team, clients, and product experts, reporting directly to the General Manager in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing an annual trade marketing plan and managing the budget
• Preparing promotions, customer activations, and POS materials
• Creating sales support and product communication materials
• Collaborating closely with Sales to identify and leverage business opportunities
• Supporting key clients and trade partners
• Participating in portfolio development and launching new products on the market
• Coordinating product launches and preparing marketing and sales materials
• Organizing the company's presence at trade fairs and industry events
• Collaborating with external marketing partners and supporting digital communication

Requirements

• Experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, or a similar role combining marketing with sales
• Practical experience in creating promotions, customer activations, and POS materials
• Experience in planning and managing a marketing budget
• Good knowledge of the specifics of Marketing and Sales collaboration
• Experience in the FMCG, food, food additives industry or a similar product environment
• Independence, good organization, and a business approach
• Very good knowledge of English – you will be working in an international environment from the start
• Fluency in Polish

• 18,000–19,500 PLN gross per month, depending on experience
