Responsibilities
The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical training on:
- Job search techniques using Naukri & Shine portals
- Profile creation and optimization for candidates
- Resume upload, update, and ATS-friendly formatting
- Recruiter search and candidate sourcing techniques
- Advanced Boolean search methods
- Job posting and management for employers
- Application tracking and dashboard usage
- Hands-on live portal demonstrations
Requirements
- Good experience in using Naukri & Shine portals
- Knowledge of HR recruitment / sourcing process
- Experience in job search and job posting activities
- Ability to explain clearly with live examples
- Good communication skills
Experience Required
Minimum 10+ years experience in HR / Recruitment / Job portal usage
