This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business, data, technology, and financial crime prevention, helping teams across multiple countries improve how Transaction Monitoring services are designed and delivered.

Responsibilities

• Leading discovery and analysis of business processes, user journeys, pain points, controls, and data requirements.
• Translating strategy into epics, features, user stories, and actionable backlog items.
• Collaborating with Product Leads, engineers, operations teams, compliance specialists, and stakeholders across countries.
• Using customer, operational, risk, and performance data to support decision-making and prioritization.
• Ensuring solutions meet business, security, resilience, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Supporting implementation, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contributing to incident management, root-cause analysis, and sustainable operational improvements.
• Exploring opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and data-driven innovation to improve ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis, process analysis, requirements engineering, or customer journey management experience.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems in fast-changing environments.
• Practical understanding of data structures, analysis, visualization, and insight generation.
• Experience working in Agile or BusDevOps environments alongside engineers and product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, manage dependencies, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• A customer-focused, accountable, and continuously improving mindset.
• A degree or equivalent professional capability. Relevant experience is valued alongside formal education.

Nice to Have

• Financial Crime Prevention, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Transaction Monitoring, Fraud, Sanctions, or KYC domains.
• Production support, incident resolution, and operational resilience initiatives.
• Global transformation or standardization programs.
• Data products, data governance, machine learning, AI, or statistics.
