About the Position
We are seeking a Valuer/ Senior Valuer (F/M/D) for our client – a company specializing in the valuation of commercial properties, including logistics, office, and retail properties, land, and real estate portfolios – due to team expansion, we are looking for candidates for the position of Valuer / Senior Valuer (F/M/D).
Location: Warszawa, mazowieckie
Work Type: Hybrid
Contract Type: B2B contract, employment contract
Salary: From 10,000 PLN to 15,000 PLN gross
Responsibilities
- Independent preparation of valuation reports and other documents related to the valuation of commercial properties and land
- Conducting site visits and inspections of properties being valued
- Acquiring, verifying, and analyzing market and transactional data
- Preparing real estate market analyses
- Independently executing valuation projects and developing business reports, opinions, and recommendations
- Participating in the valuation of individual assets, land, and real estate portfolios
- Collaborating with other team members on various client projects
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably in economics, management, geodesy, real estate, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Property Valuer, Valuer, or Assistant Property Valuer
- Property Valuer qualifications are a significant advantage
- Experience in independently preparing valuations of commercial properties or land
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to prepare clear reports and analyses
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Accuracy, independence, and good work organization
