About the Position

Join Otto Group one.O as a Werkstudent*in Medientechnik (w/m/d) and support modern event technology solutions while collaborating on Microsoft Teams room systems.

Responsibilities

Support internal clients in consulting on modern event technology solutions and contribute to the development of suitable concepts for Microsoft Teams room systems.
Collaborate with experienced colleagues on projects from planning to implementation, gaining insights into the entire project lifecycle.
Coordinate measures with adjacent departments such as Network, IT Security, Facility Management, and Construction Planning.
Assist in the creation and development of technical concepts for the responsible roles in product and service management.
Research and evaluate new technologies, products, and trends in media technology and support their potential use within the corporate environment.
Gain comprehensive insights into modern media, communication, and collaboration solutions in a complex corporate environment.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Media Technology, Computer Science, Media Informatics, or a comparable field.
Ability to support us for at least one year with 15–18 hours per week.
Interest in technical contexts and the planning and implementation of media technology solutions.
Motivation to tackle complex issues and approach new topics in a structured, curious, and solution-oriented manner.
Ability to work independently with a reliable and meticulous work ethic.
Proficiency in German at B1 level and English at B2 level.

Nice to Have

Initial practical experience in media technology, audio-visual systems, or collaboration technologies.
