About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated lawyer to join our IT dispute practice, focusing on international arbitration and cross-border litigation.

Responsibilities

Advising clients on various international arbitration and cross-border litigation issues;
Participating in local, regional, and global projects as part of a team;
Representing clients' interests in Ukrainian courts and arbitration courts;
Conducting legal research and analysis of Ukrainian and foreign case law;
Contract work, preparation and analysis of various case documents and materials;
Project/time management, supervision, and mentoring of junior team members.

Higher legal education from a reputable Ukrainian university; a master's degree in law from a foreign university will be considered an advantage;
2+ years of relevant experience in a reputable local or international law firm;
Certificate of the right to practice law;
Client-oriented approach and focus on results;
Participation in training court processes, passion for international/alternative dispute resolution;
Excellent command of Ukrainian and legal English (both spoken and written);
Proficiency in computer use, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, databases, and research tools;
Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail;
Resilience and perseverance – ability to remain effective and focused under pressure;
Team player.
