Ми шукаємо Head of SEO, щоб володіти та розширювати нашу глобальну стратегію органічної інвестиції через кілька брендів та географічних ринків - людину, яка думає про бізнес-результати, а не просто рейтинги.
Обов'язки
- Визначати та виконувати SEO стратегію з прямим впливом на FTD, LTV та GGR - не просто на трафік
- Будувати та керувати високоефективними командами з Product SEO, Technical SEO, Brand Protection та Search Visibility
- Просувати Product SEO ініціативи у тісному співробітництві з Інженерною, Продуктовою, Аналітичною та Комерційною командами
- Володіти технічною SEO експертизою: SSR, crawlability, індексація, структуровані дані, Core Web Vitals та архітектура
- Розробляти та впроваджувати стратегії Brand Protection через органічний пошук та Google Ads
- Керувати інноваціями в органічній інвестиції - SEO, AEO, GEO та новими пошуками технологіями
- Управляти SEO бюджетами, плануванням, розподілом ресурсів та виконанням звітності для керівництва
- Встановлювати KPI та рамки для оцінки ефективності, які дійсно щось означають
Вимоги
- 5+ років практичного досвіду в SEO
- 3+ роки керівництва SEO командами в iGaming
- 2+ роки зосередження на Product SEO
- Досвід роботи в офшорних iGaming середовищах
- Доведений досвід управління командами понад 15 фахівців
- Сильне розуміння бізнесу: бюджетування, планування, управління ефективністю
- Глибокі знання технічного SEO - SSR, Schema Markup, Оптимізація для пошукових систем, Архітектура вебсайту, Core Web Vitals
- Датаривне мислення з сильним володінням SEO та BI інструментами
- Досвід роботи з кількома брендами та міжнародними ринками
- Відмінне керівництво та управління міжфункціональними командами та зацікавленими сторонами
Буде плюсом
- Досвід роботи з AI-керованими пошуками та AEO
- Створення SEO організації з нуля
- Захист бренду в висококонкурентних пошукових середовищах
- Досвід у великомасштабному корпоративному SEO
