About the Position

L'Oréal, a global leader in beauty, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Specialist to join our dynamic Credit Management team. This role will be key in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments, maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the overall financial health of the business. Responsibilities

• Managing the credit control process for a designated portfolio of customers.
• Proactively monitoring outstanding invoices.
• Chasing overdue payments.
• Resolving queries.
• Identifying and mitigating credit risks.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzing account performance data.
• Creating reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage complexity and consider things from multiple perspectives.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under time pressure, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Strong time management skills working with defined timescales.
• Support the delivery of key KPIs, participate in process improvements, and support change management head on.
