About the Position
We're seeking a Senior Account & Sales Manager with experience in PSP, payments, and iGaming to join our international fintech team, managing merchant acquisition and sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new merchants and develop business opportunities;
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to launch;
- Conduct negotiations and present payment solutions;
- Coordinate onboarding and integration processes;
- Grow and develop existing merchant relationships;
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure merchant success;
- Maintain long-term strategic partnerships;
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PSP, payments, high-risk processing, iGaming, gambling, casino, or related industries;
- Proven experience in merchant acquisition and business development;
- Understanding of payment products and merchant onboarding processes;
- Strong outbound sales and negotiation skills;
- Experience managing the full sales cycle;
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage;
- English is a plus;
