About the Position
We are seeking an Account Manager PSP with 2+ years of experience in payment processing and iGaming to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Daily communication with payment partners and resolution of operational issues;
- Negotiating terms, fees, and special offers with existing and new providers;
- Analyzing and selecting the most effective payment methods for specific GEOs;
- Managing the provider onboarding process from the initial introduction to Go Live;
- Planning the development of the partner network based on business needs and preparing reports;
- Updating and maintaining accurate information in reports;
- Promptly responding to issues related to active payment channels across different GEOs based on the previous day’s performance;
- Communicating with providers to resolve issues and conducting surveys in chats upon management requests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PSP, payment processing, high-risk payments, iGaming, Gambling, Casino, or related industries;
- Understanding of payment solution onboarding and integration processes;
- Experience negotiating terms, fees, and special offers with existing and new providers;
- Experience in developing and expanding a partner network.
