About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager (Influencer Traffic) for Uzbekistan with experience in iGaming, Betting, or Gambling. This is a fully remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard local influencers, bloggers, and Telegram channel owners.
- Develop and grow the affiliate network in Uzbekistan.
- Build long-term relationships with partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements.
- Launch and manage influencer campaigns.
- Work primarily with the RevShare partnership model.
- Analyze partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Research the local market and discover new traffic sources.
- Participate in building and coordinating a small support team as the direction grows.
Requirements
- Native Uzbek speaker.
- Proficiency in Russian or English.
- Experience as an Affiliate Manager, Influencer Manager, or Partnership Manager.
- Experience working with influencers, bloggers, or affiliate partners.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience with RevShare, CPA, or Hybrid partnership models.
- Proactive, self-driven, and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of the Uzbek market is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in iGaming, Betting, or Gambling is a plus.
