Affiliate Manager | CPA Network

About the Position

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for our CPA Network to join our team. This role focuses on partner acquisition and traffic management, with a strong emphasis on affiliate marketing and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Attract, onboard, and develop new webmasters and partners across different traffic sources.
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Support existing partners and identify opportunities to increase traffic volume and revenue.
• Reactivate dormant affiliates and launch traffic from previously inactive webmasters.
• Analyze partner traffic performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Select suitable offers, payment models, and cooperation terms for partners.
• Work with analytics, funnels, and creatives to improve affiliate traffic performance.
• Independently monitor test results and make decisions on scaling, adjusting terms, or pausing traffic.
• Maintain transparent launch records, including traffic sources, volumes, results, and reasons for pausing or relaunching.
• Actively participate in international affiliate conferences and meetups, source new partners, and develop business relationships.
• Initiate improvements to internal processes, partner acquisition, and reactivation strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, a CPA network, or on the product side.
• Hands-on experience in partner acquisition, launching, and scaling.
• Experience managing traffic volumes of at least 2,000 FD per month.
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and the ability to independently analyze traffic performance.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid payment models.
• Ability to analyze ROI, LTV, and other metrics to assess partner traffic profitability and quality.
• Understanding of funnels and creatives, with the ability to help webmasters improve performance.
• Knowledge of the affiliate market, its key players, and GEO-specific characteristics.
• Ability to independently make decisions about scaling traffic, adjusting partnership terms, or pausing tests.
• Experience with the technical side of a CPA network and understanding of offer launch processes.
• Experience attending offline affiliate conferences and willingness to actively network.
• Strong communication skills, proactivity, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong self-organization and ability to work autonomously in a high workload environment.
• Teamwork skills, conflict management abilities, and a partner-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel internationally and attend industry events.
• Strong Russian language skills.
