Responsibilities

We're supporting a global enterprise software organisation with specialist technical hiring across its Engineering and AI functions. The work includes AI/ML, software engineering and other specialist technical roles, often requiring recruiters to get into relatively niche technical markets and build targeted pipelines rather than rely on inbound applications.

We have recruiters embedded into the business and working closely with internal Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.

Requirements

Recruiters with strong experience across:

• AI / Machine Learning
• Software Engineering
• Data & technical hiring
• Enterprise software / SaaS
• UK and European technology markets

We're particularly interested in people who are comfortable operating in an embedded environment while remaining highly delivery-focused.

Nice to Have
