About the Position

Focus: Power plant operations and technical hiring

We are supporting a major energy and engineering organization with a high-volume local recruitment project in Texas.

The hiring program includes:

• Control Room Operators
• Mechanical Plant Technicians
• Electrical and Automation Technicians
• Other plant-support positions

The project focuses on direct sourcing activity, with recruiters responsible for candidate identification, outreach, qualification, and availability checks.

Experience recruiting skilled trades, plant operations, energy, utilities, engineering, or industrial workers is highly relevant. Knowledge of the West Texas market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct sourcing activities
• Identify, outreach, qualify, and check the availability of candidates
• Focus on recruiting for power plant operations and technical roles

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting
• Skills in candidate identification, outreach, qualification, and availability checks
• Experience in recruiting skilled trades, plant operations, energy, utilities, engineering, or industrial workers

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the West Texas market
