Un día en la vida

Te integrarás a nuestro equipo de Distribución Física, Procesos y Calidad de Operaciones en el centro de distribución NORLOG Benavídez (Buenos Aires), liderando la cultura de mejora continua y la transformación hacia la Industria 4.0 en nuestra red logística.

Gestión del Desempeño Operativo: Monitorearás y analizarás KPIs (productividad, costo por unidad, mermas y calidad), diseñando paneles en Power BI y liderando reuniones de gestión visual (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Optimización y Proyectos Lean: Diagnosticarás cuellos de botella y liderarás proyectos de punta a punta aplicando Lean, Kaizen, 5S y análisis de causa raíz (Ishikawa, A3, PDCA).
Estandarización y Procesos: Diseñarás y auditarás procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs), analizando tiempos, métodos, layout y capacidad de flujos para maximizar eficiencias operativas.
Sustentabilidad y Seguridad: Colaborarás con EHS y Calidad en iniciativas de 'L’Oréal for the Future' para mitigar riesgos y reducir desperdicios en la operación de NORLOG.

Requirements

Graduación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
Trayectoria demostrada liderando proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos en centros logísticos o de distribución.
Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, Excel avanzado) y conocimiento operativo de sistemas WMS; certificación Lean o Six Sigma Green Belt deseable.
Competencia operativa fluida en inglés (B1/B2/C1).
Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en nuestro centro de distribución en NORLOG Benavídez.
Competencias clave: Lean Management, Process Optimization, Physical Distribution Management, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking.
