Responsibilities

• Collaborate in consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
• Conduct business analyses, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UATs.
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects.
• Be an active member of an agile team and take ownership of your tasks.
• Experience various roles with diverse tasks in an international environment.

• Ability to apply analytical thinking and synthesis to present the results of your work.
• Strong ability to work with clients in the financial sector in a professional environment.

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Nice to Have

• Initial experience in IT projects in the financial sector, preferably in the insurance or bancassurance field.
• Familiarity with insurance business processes.
• Experience in a fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the insurance or all-finance sectors.
• Team leadership skills and management experience.
• Additional languages.
• Your main office is in Cologne, but you want to work with our clients abroad and possibly spend up to 50% of your working hours traveling.
