Responsibilities
- Collaborate in consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
- Conduct business analyses, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UATs.
- Work closely with software developers and IT architects.
- Be an active member of an agile team and take ownership of your tasks.
- Experience various roles with diverse tasks in an international environment.
Requirements
- Creativity, ingenuity, and initiative in finding solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to apply analytical thinking and synthesis to present the results of your work.
- Strong ability to work with clients in the financial sector in a professional environment.
- Ability to learn quickly in a friendly yet challenging international environment.
- Enjoy teamwork with experts from different professional backgrounds and skills.
- Opportunity to work full-time in Germany and the European Union.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- Very good German and English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Initial experience in IT projects in the financial sector, preferably in the insurance or bancassurance field.
- Familiarity with insurance business processes.
- Experience in a fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the insurance or all-finance sectors.
- Team leadership skills and management experience.
- Additional languages.
- Your main office is in Cologne, but you want to work with our clients abroad and possibly spend up to 50% of your working hours traveling.
