About the Position

Business Process Consultant - SuccessFactors / SmartRecruiters (with German) - Czech Republic

Join SAP's Global Customer Services and Delivery team in Prague, Czech Republic, as a Business Process Consultant. This role focuses on enterprise HR transformation for large clients across the region, leveraging intelligent, AI-embedded processes to reduce manual effort and improve people decisions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support services and solutions that improve customer outcomes.
• Serve as a key client contact through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Advise clients on activating and adopting AI-powered features within SuccessFactors.
• Apply business process analysis to map requirements to solution capabilities.
• Configure business process automation across technological solutions.
• Support AI workforce transformation planning efforts.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module.
• Experience with Time Management, Employee Central, or Smart Recruiters.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities in SuccessFactors.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
