About the Position
Catalogue & Performance Manager
Division: Travel Retail
Location: Miami, FL
Reports To: Head of Customer Care
Overview
As the Catalogue & Performance Manager, you are responsible for ensuring and coordinating the management of planning activities through the quality of processes and data to drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Co-design and coordinate with different areas (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care) the catalogue strategy by customers / signature.
- Animate all catalogue processes that lead to the improvement of quality and reliability of shared information to the client. This includes monthly discontinuation and launch communication to clients and animation of customer assortment tools.
- Create/Maintain customers catalogue in the systems and solve catalogue misalignment problems.
- Responsible for Client creation in compliance with Group norms and all locally maintained Client Master Data.
- Define best practices on processes and ensure their usage by all actors.
- Develop processes and analytical tools.
- Animate Supply Chain community, through training and back up support of their internal actors on processes and analytical tools.
- Interact with IT teams to update information systems and analytical tools in order to participate in performance improvement and raise demands per business needs.
- Animate the performance follow-up through key indicators. Make recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate PowerBI reports to do spot analysis to contribute to decision making.
- Support with all TRM data requirements needed of TRAM.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain logistics or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in logistics processes with an understanding of financial and operational impacts.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, KPI-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential to interact effectively with all teams, areas, and levels of business affecting the invoicing process. Good facilitation skills are a must.
- Knowledge of SAP, MM / SD preferred.
- Microsoft Office required. Power Query and PowerBI preferred.
