About the Position

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer for our liquidity hub to lead a team of specialists in developing and managing technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Manage the technology team, ensuring their proficiency level and technology expertise;
Oversee the design and implementation of systems and applications, ensuring that they are efficient, secure, and scalable;
Ensure that the technology infrastructure is up-to-date and meets industry standards;
Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions;
Conduct performance reviews for technology team members and provide feedback on performance and development opportunities;
Validate and verify requirements in the enterprise chain, ensuring that they are aligned with business needs and goals;
Interview candidates for stream and substream software engineer positions, evaluating their technical skills;
Manage the QA stream in the department, ensuring that quality standards are met and processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness;
Onboard and offboard stream and substream software engineers, providing training and support to ensure a smooth integration;
Synchronize priorities across the organization, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives and goals.
Manage goals for stream and substream engineers, setting targets and tracking progress to ensure that they are met;
Provide technical validation of requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically feasible and optimal;
Optimize applications and technical solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to improve performance and efficiency;
Conduct code review.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in a technology leadership role;
Experience in the financial industry and knowledge of the same products;
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, web application architecture, and database design;
Strong knowledge of GO;
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and networking technologies;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Relevant industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF, AWS, Microsoft Azure) are a plus.
