About the Position

Commercial Sales Enablement Manager

Box (NYSE:BOX) is the leader in Intelligent Content Management. Our platform enables organizations to fuel collaboration, manage the entire content lifecycle, secure critical content, and transform business workflows with enterprise AI. We help companies thrive in the new AI-first era of business. Founded in 2005, Box simplifies work for leading global organizations, including JLL, Morgan Stanley, and Nationwide. Box is headquartered in Redwood City, CA, with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

By joining Box, you will have the unique opportunity to continue driving our platform forward. Content powers how we work. It’s the billions of files and information flowing across teams, departments, and key business processes every single day: contracts, invoices, employee records, financials, product specs, marketing assets, and more. Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

As part of the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team, the Commercial Sales Enablement Manager (P-L6) will drive revenue growth by architecting and delivering strategic enablement programs that equip our Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market sales teams with the strategies, skills, content, and modern tools necessary to accelerate productivity and win rates.

In this role, you will operate as an autonomous subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Commercial Sales leadership. You will develop comprehensive enablement roadmaps, translate global strategic vision into clear "why" context for the field, advocate for segment priorities, and independently determine the methods and procedures to design, execute, and govern high-impact enablement initiatives. By establishing structured deployment game plans, managing resource tradeoffs, coaching project contributors, and leveraging AI-powered performance analytics, you will systematically close skill gaps, optimize stakeholder capacity, and elevate sales execution. Ultimately, your leadership will drive measurable business impact across the GTM organization and support Box's long-term growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted strategic business partner and advisor to Commercial sales leaders (SMB & Mid-Market), aligning enablement roadmaps with segment goals, market insights, and seller needs.
  • Drive and deliver comprehensive tool enablement across all GTM roles, establishing best practices and maximizing adoption of CRM, outreach platforms, LMS, and enterprise AI tools.
  • Design, execute, and govern high-impact enablement initiatives-including major product launches, sales methodologies, and MEDDPICC reinforcement-tailored to accelerate win rates and seller productivity.
  • Deliver interactive virtual and in-person enablement sessions that build core business acumen and value-based selling skills, providing continuous coaching to reinforce long-term behavioral change.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to streamline messaging, optimize enablement workflows, and maintain an ongoing feedback loop between field teams and executive leadership.
  • Track sales performance, tool utilization, and productivity KPIs to measure ROI, resolve skill gaps, and continuously refine enablement strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales training, GTM program management, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep expertise in B2B sales cycles, value-selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), and modern GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LMS/enablement platforms.
  • Ability to apply AI tools and a growth mindset to solve complex problems, improving the speed, quality, and reliability of business decisions and team outcomes.
  • Proven track record of operating with high autonomy, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-impact programs with minimal day-to-day direction.
  • Exceptional communicator and facilitator who excels at aligning diverse stakeholders, explaining complex concepts clearly, and building credibility across matrixed organizations.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $109,500-$137,000 USD
  • Equity and benefits
  • Flexible time off, birthday holidays, VTO, and a sabbatical after seven years
  • Growth opportunities through learning programs and clear career paths
  • Global, inclusive benefits including mental health, wellbeing, and family support
  • Paid parental leave and fertility and family-forming benefits
  • Monthly wellness subsidy for fitness
  • Opportunities to engage in community and volunteer activities
