Tips & Tricks
Sandra, Consultant
After working for over a decade in the financial sector and already gaining knowledge in the field of IT projects, it was clear to me where my journey should go. When I started as a Senior Analyst at Sollers in mid-2020, I was excited to delve deeper into the world of IT and project management. My main task is with one of the largest German insurers, where I support digital transformation.
What I probably appreciate most about Sollers is being surrounded by competent and motivated people. The frequent exchange of knowledge and the opportunity to actively participate in projects help one to grow continuously. And a transparent career path allows one to build their own career, supported by individual training sponsored by Sollers. Now, as a Consultant, I have the chance to take on more responsibility and grow even stronger.
Kinga, Consultant
In my five-year career at Sollers, I have had the privilege of working in an environment with clear rules and guidelines. These clearly defined parameters not only provide structure but also foster a sense of security and confidence in my abilities. This allows me to give my best and make informed decisions, which is crucial for my personal and professional development.
I consider myself fortunate to be part of an organization that values fairness and equality. This commitment to fair opportunities ensures that my hard work is always recognized and rewarded, and that promotion is based on the performance of my work. Moreover, I am surrounded by great colleagues who ensure that teamwork is not only effective but also a lot of fun.
