About the Position

Creative AI Specialist (part-time)

Group107 is looking for a Creative AI Specialist to join the Eikona project and design and generate CRM and marketing creatives using a combination of traditional design tools and emerging AI workflows. This role is about producing assets that perform, learning fast, and helping build the future of creative technology.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and clients to test, iterate, and improve creative and product performance.

Responsibilities

• Create email and CRM assets at scale.
• Design visuals for social media and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Apply AI-driven creative workflows - prompting, iteration, and automation - to generate and refine visual content.
• Use ComfyUI and other AI platforms as core production tools (training provided).
• Support A/B testing processes and optimize creatives based on performance data.
• Translate marketing briefs into clear, compelling visual solutions.
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Continuously learn new tools, workflows, and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 3.5+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative roles - or exceptional junior talent with a strong, performance-oriented portfolio.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• High level of visual taste and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and eagerness to pick up new tools quickly, including AI platforms such as ComfyUI (full training provided).
• Data-driven mindset - you care about creative outcomes and performance, not just aesthetics.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2)+ English - confident written and spoken communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Background in advertising or performance marketing.
• Prior hands-on experience with AI creative tools (ComfyUI, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.).
• Experience designing for lifecycle / CRM channels (email, push, in-app).
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and creative performance analytics.
