About the Position

Senior Software Developer - Full-Stack (AI Agents & Platform)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join Group107 for a specific client project. The client is building an AI Workforce OS: an enterprise governance and control-plane platform that turns AI agents into managed digital workers, with identity management, policy enforcement, budget controls, organizational memory, and full audit trails. The platform is already in production with higher education, manufacturing, and public-sector customers in Israel and internationally, including on-premise deployments for enterprise and government clients.

You will work across the stack (backend services, databases, and customer-facing interfaces) with a strong focus on the systems that let AI agents operate safely and reliably in production. You don’t need to be an expert in every technology listed. The client is looking for a strong senior generalist who can pick up what’s needed and own problems end-to-end.

Work format: Remote, Mon–Fri, with significant overlap with Israel working hours. You will be the first Group107 engineer on the project, joining a core development team of 6 and reporting to the client’s CTO.

Responsibilities

• Design and build fullstack features across the platform: backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
• Own features end-to-end, from data modeling and API design to business logic and UI
• Build and maintain integrations with identity (Keycloak), file storage (SeaweedFS), and LLM gateway (LiteLLM) systems
• Design and implement real-time policy and guardrail enforcement logic that governs agent behavior (budget limits, intent violations, guardrail breaches)
• Contribute to AI agent and agentic workflow development, including tool integration (MCP) and LLM orchestration
• Deploy and operate containerized services on AWS (ECS/Fargate) and in customer on-premise environments
• Work directly with the client’s founders and customers on production deployments for enterprise and government customers
• Contribute to architecture decisions as the platform scales

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development, including strong fullstack ownership
• Experience building and operating SaaS products: multi-tenant architecture, authentication, usage metering
• Advanced knowledge of Python for production backend development (not scripting)
• Deep understanding of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL
• Experience designing and building APIs and backend services
• Experience building frontend interfaces with React (or a similar framework)
• Experience with containerized deployments: Docker, AWS ECS/Fargate, or equivalent
• Advanced English (C1+), written and spoken, for daily collaboration with the core team

Nice to Have

• AI/LLM (strong plus): experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or complex AI-driven workflows
• AI infrastructure: LLM gateways/routing (LiteLLM or similar), MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent-tool integration standards
• Data: vector databases (pgvector or similar)
• Security & identity: SSO, OAuth/OIDC, Keycloak, or similar; PII detection/anonymization (e.g., Presidio, NER models)
• Domain: experience in regulated or enterprise environments (education, government, defense)
• Collaboration: prior experience with distributed/offshore teams or Israeli companies
