About the Position
We are seeking a DevOps Technical Interviewer to join our team. The role involves conducting technical interviews, assessing candidate levels, and preparing feedback for the recruiting team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured technical interviews
- Evaluate the level of candidates
- Prepare clear and reasoned feedback for the recruiting team
- Combined interview duration of 1.5 hours (1 hour technical + 30 minutes live coding)
Requirements
- Experience: Commercial experience in a DevOps role
- Languages: English - B1+ or higher (confident speaking for conducting interviews)
- Work Format: Fully remote
- Time Zone: Primarily working in Ukrainian time with partial overlap for client communication (EST)
Probation Period
- Trial Period: First 1-2 interviews
Legal Format
- Legal Format: Cooperation through an Individual Entrepreneur of the 3rd group (Ukraine). If an Individual Entrepreneur is not available, we provide consultation and assistance with opening one.
Selection Process

- Client Interview: 15–60 minutes, in English (introduction and project discussion)
