The platform operates on top of customers' ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, SAP Ariba). Clients include large logistics, mining, and educational companies, Australian government agencies, and a bank in the UAE. QA tasks include manual testing of the web platform and its integrations, test documentation, regression testing before releases, API and data verification.

Legal and Financial Conditions
- Probation Period: 1 month

- Compensation: Gross - independent tax payment on the received amount as an Individual Entrepreneur: 5% single tax + 1% military levy + ESC (1902.34 UAH/month). We provide accounting assistance with reports
- Cooperation Model: Contract with a fixed hourly rate. Payment is made for the actual hours worked, so the client does not provide a social package (paid vacations and sick leave) for this position
Work Process and Conditions
- Schedule: Mostly from 10:00 to 18:00 (Kyiv time), but a flexible approach is possible by agreement with the client
- Equipment: The company provides a laptop if needed
- Time Tracking: According to the client's requirements, the Hubstaff program is used, which needs to be installed on the laptop. If the project involves issuing a work laptop, the tracker will be installed there; otherwise, we recommend creating a separate user profile on your own laptop for work tasks. The program records keyboard/mouse activity and takes screenshots (every 10 minutes). This is a formality for the Hourly model and does not take away flexibility: if you move away from the laptop, the tracker will stop itself after 20 minutes of inactivity. You can delete screenshots yourself if they contain any personal information (along with them, the corresponding 10-minute time interval will be deleted). If you forget to turn on the tracker, you can contact the manager, and they will add it manually. There is no micromanagement from the client side, and data is only reviewed in case of critical performance issues.
