.NET Developer with RAG experience

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior.NET Developer with RAG experience for a remote position in Kyiv, Ukraine. Focus on backend development and multi-threaded programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET
• Implement multi-threaded programming for efficient data processing
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines
• Collaborate with the team to develop desktop AI-chat applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with.NET, including multi-threading
• Experience with RAG solutions
• Proficiency in Neo4j and PostgreSQL (plus)
• Experience with Avalonia (plus)
• English level B1+ or higher for daily meetings with the client and team

We Offer

• Full-time remote position with long-term cooperation
• Compensation: Gross salary with independent tax payments as a sole proprietor: 5% single tax + 1% military levy + ESC (1902.34 UAH/month). We provide accounting assistance with reports.
• Contract: Fixed hourly rate. Payment is made for actual tracked hours, so there is no social package (paid vacations and sick leave) for this position.

BigTree108 is a company specializing in AI assistants and desktop applications. Our focus is on developing desktop AI-chats that run locally on the user's machine, with a strong emphasis on the backend part: RAG pipeline, data handling, and multi-threaded processing.
