About the Position
We are seeking a Facebook Media Buyer with 2-3+ years of experience in iGaming or betting to manage budgets from $50k-100k+ per month. This role is pivotal in driving our advertising campaigns and achieving stable ROI+ results.
Responsibilities
- Launch, optimization, and scaling of Facebook Ads campaigns
- Creation and testing of creatives, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Working with large budgets (from $50k+ per month)
- Funnel management: CTR → CR → CPL → CPA → ROI | ROAS
- Using trackers
- Working with anti-detect browsers
- Collaboration with creative and analytics teams for quick integration
- Expected results (Valuable Final Product)
- Stable flow of high-quality FTDs from Facebook Ads
- ROI-positive campaigns ready for scaling
- Refined strategy for creative testing and optimization
- Transparent reporting on budgets and key metrics
- First tasks for the candidate
- Launch campaigns within the first week and reach target KPIs (CPL, CPA) within 2–3 weeks
- Conduct an audit of existing campaigns and prepare a roadmap for 1–2 months
- Bring at least 2 offers to ROI+ during the probation period
- Build a creative database and a systematic testing process
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads (ideally in iGaming or betting)
- Experience managing budgets from $50k–100k+ per month
- Expertise in campaign structure (CBO vs ABO, ad set budgeting, optimization rules)
- Understanding of attribution, trackers (Voluum, Binom, Keitaro), and pixels
- Experience working with anti-detect browsers
- Proven track record of achieving stable ROI+ campaigns
- English/Ukrainian at a level sufficient for working with accounts and materials
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Google UAC, Telegram Ads
- Personal cases of scaling up to $100k+ per month
- Understanding of iGaming traffic and player behavior models
