Head of HR

About the Position

We are seeking a Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, manage HR operations, and oversee the employee lifecycle in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and company growth plans
• Lead HR Operations, HR Administration, and Office Administration functions
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, team scaling, and talent management
• Advise managers and employees on people-related matters, employee relations, and performance management
• Drive employee engagement, company culture, and employer branding initiatives
• Manage HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and process optimization to support business decisions
• Oversee HR systems, employee data management, and process automation

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience, including HR Operations
• Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Experience managing HR budgets
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills
• Experience with HR policies, processes, KPIs, OKRs, and HR analytics
• Hands-on experience with HRM, ATS, CRM, and other HR systems
• Knowledge of relocation, work permits, and immigration processes
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
