About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Head of Lifecycle Manager (iGaming) to identify product growth opportunities, optimize conversions, and boost the efficiency of our marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the marketing aspect of the product: how many clicks and steps a player needs to reach FTD, and how to simplify this process.
- Conduct product audits to identify growth points (UX, number of clicks, loading speed, interface clarity).
- Segment users by traffic sources (Facebook, Google Search, email, SMS, etc.) and engagement level (cold/hot leads).
- Analyze devices and platforms (mobile, desktop, web) and optimize for each segment.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing channels and propose improvements to boost conversions.
- Collaborate with various departments: IT (technical changes), Product (UX/UI optimization), Affiliates (traffic), CRM (communications and retention).
- Monitor performance metrics across all channels, track trends, and test hypotheses.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing / performance marketing / growth management in iGaming.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Strong understanding of the user funnel, UX analytics, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, SimilarWeb, etc.).
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and implementing changes at the intersection of product and marketing.
- Real cases of conversion optimization (especially reducing steps to FTD).
- Understanding of retention principles and audience segmentation.
