About the Position
We are seeking a Head of People Management to lead our HR team across international locations, focusing on strategic HR projects and analytics.
Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
- Lead People Partners Team across international locations
- Build and develop team; set goals, monitor workload, ensure quality execution
- Provide training and professional development
- Work with HR metrics; make data-driven personnel decisions

Strategic Projects:
- Drive continuous improvement of existing HR processes and systems
- Lead implementation of grading system
- Initiate updates in HR policies and processes
- Maintain and enhance automated HR processes

Analytics & Insights:
- Identify performance gaps and cost inefficiencies through data analysis
- Provide C-level with critical people statistics and trends
- Deliver recommendations for strengthening employer brand
- Monitor organizational structure effectiveness

Partnership & Collaboration:
- Train line managers on HR processes
- Partner with C-level leaders on HR quality and business impact
- Align HR strategy with business objectives
- Resolve issues impacting business performance
Requirements
- Experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience leading and managing HR teams of at least 15 direct reports within a fast-paced, online business environment with a workforce of 2000+ employees. Experience in scaling HR operations to support rapid growth is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and current industry trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working within the IT industry or a technology-focused environment is highly preferred.
- Russian or Ukrainian language C1 and above
- Fluent English
