Responsibilities

As an intern, you will:

• Step into the shoes of a recruiter. Own end-to-end recruitment for our intern community, design creative sourcing strategies, and lead campus activation events to attract top diverse talent.
• Become an architect of growth. Design and implement engaging learning journeys, coordinate training workshops, and facilitate onboarding programs to boost employee growth.

Requirements

You are a final-year Bachelor's or Master's student at a university, fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis) who demonstrates:

• Relationship Building: You are genuinely energized by daily human interaction, can easily connect with diverse stakeholders and build trust.
• Project Management: You are an organized self-starter who loves turning ideas into concrete actions.
• Operational Excellence: Balancing strategic projects with daily administrative execution.
• Agility: Thriving in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative Team Players: You value collective intelligence and open communication.
