About the Position
We're looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team in Budapest, Hungary in a flexible hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive end-to-end hiring across multiple IT domains, ensuring timely recruitment of top-tier technical and business talent for various locations in Western Europe and the Middle East. You will collaborate with an international team, manage multiple sourcing channels, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, delivering a consistent, candidate-centric recruitment experience.
As AI becomes increasingly important across all business functions, you will also be expected to use AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflow automation to improve recruitment efficiency, sourcing quality, candidate engagement, and decision support while ensuring responsible and compliant usage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate interviews and perform resume pre-screening to meet organizational standards
- Execute full recruitment lifecycle: job posting optimization, job board procurement, and recruitment campaign planning
- Develop sourcing strategies leveraging social media and professional platforms to attract tech talent
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement innovative recruitment practices and branding initiatives
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising on all aspects of talent acquisition
- Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflow automation to support sourcing, candidate screening, market mapping, outreach personalization, and recruitment reporting
- Experiment with and apply AI agents or assistant-based workflows to streamline repetitive recruitment tasks, such as candidate research, interview preparation, job description refinement, and follow-up communication
- Ensure responsible use of AI in recruitment processes, including human oversight, data privacy awareness, bias mitigation, and alignment with internal policies
Requirements
- Hands-on IT recruitment experience across multiple markets (preferably Europe), including deep expertise in utilizing sourcing tools and techniques to engage technical talent
- Strong ability to interpret job specifications, assess candidates effectively, and match profiles to business needs
- Proficiency in English; German or French is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach
- Practical experience or strong interest in using AI tools, AI assistants, or automation platforms to improve recruitment workflows
- Ability to design effective AI prompts and validate AI-generated outputs before using them in candidate communication, sourcing, or stakeholder reporting
- Understanding of responsible AI usage in recruitment, including confidentiality, data protection, fairness, and the importance of human decision-making
- Openness to testing new digital tools and contributing to continuous improvement of AI-supported Talent Acquisition practices
