Japan - LUXE HR Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Japan - LUXE HR Manager to join our team in Japan. This role involves strategic HR planning, talent management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• 戦略的人財・組織計画の立案と実行
• タレントマネジメントとサクセッションプランニング
• パフォーマンス＆リワードマネジメント
  • 公正かつ効果的な目標設定、評価、フィードバック、および報酬改定（カリブレーション）が実施できるようサポートする。
• 組織開発（OD）と従業員エンギャージメントの向上
• 要員計画とタレントアクイジション（採用）
  • 事業目標の達成に必要な人員数およびスキルセットを定義し、採用チーム（COE）と連携して優秀な人財の獲得を推進する。
• 労務・コンプライアンス対応
  • 労務専門チームや法務チームと連携し、複雑な職場課題、人間関係のトラブル、コンプライアンス違反などに対し、迅速かつ適切に対処・解決する。

Requirements

• 必須要件

  • 人事分野での5年以上の経験（特にゼネラリストまたはHRBPとしての経験を重視）
  • 適切なコミュニケーション能力および対人関係構築力
  • 英語力：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 8０0点以上）
  • 労働関連法規や労務管理に関する中級レベルの知識・経験
  • MS Outlook、Excel、PowerPoint、Wordの操作スキル（中級レベル）

• 希望要件

  • 多様性に富み、変化の激しい環境下にある大手・中堅企業や多国籍企業での実務経験
  • マネジメントレベルを巻き込んで物事を進めていく推進力、またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
