About the Position
Bright Pattern is looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team of stars as we continue to grow rapidly! As a Product Manager, your goal will be to define software products that address customer business needs in the most effective and efficient way.
Responsibilities
- Capturing customer use cases
- Analyzing market environment
- Knowing our software in a way to be able to demo any feature at any time and explain why it is needed
- Understanding our software implementation and partner APIs enough to design viable solutions
- Coming up with high-quality solutions and confirming them with customers, management, and engineers
- Defining solutions so they are easily understood by dev manager, dev, and QA engineers, and tech writers
Requirements
- Define things clearly in written English
- Code in a programming language
- Be able to use any API
- Understand how modern web/SaaS technologies work, knowledge of IP telephony is a plus
