Location: Gdynia, Poland

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Gdynia, ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage shifts to ensure smooth operations and a good atmosphere
• Work towards achieving sales goals – you have a real impact on the store's results
• Organize daily work – plan tasks, delegate, and verify their smooth execution
• Ensure the store always looks great and is properly stocked, with current and readable prices for customers

Requirements

• Do you have experience managing even a small team in retail, gastronomy, or FMCG and achieving results? If so, you'll fit right in!
• Can you efficiently organize the team's work and communicate effectively with people?
• Ability to collaborate
• Up-to-date sanitary and epidemiological research is welcome – if you don't have it, we'll take care of the formalities together
