We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Wodzisław Śląski, ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team and ensure smooth operations and a good atmosphere
• Work on achieving sales goals – you have a real impact on the store's results
• Organize daily work – plan tasks, delegate, and verify their smooth execution
• Ensure the store looks great and is properly stocked, with current and readable prices for customers

Requirements

• Experience in managing even a small team in retail, gastronomy, or FMCG and achieving results? If so, you will find yourself right at home!
• Efficiently organize team work and communicate effectively with people
• Ability to collaborate
• Current sanitary and epidemiological research is welcome – if you don't have it, we will take care of the formalities together
