About the Position

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and achieve sales goals in Piława Górna, offering stability and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage shifts to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere
• Work towards achieving sales targets, having a direct impact on store results
• Organize daily work by planning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and verifying their smooth execution
• Ensure the store always looks great, is well-stocked, and prices are up-to-date and clear for customers

Requirements

• Experience in managing a team in retail, gastronomy, or FMCG and achieving results
• Ability to efficiently organize team work and communicate effectively with people
• Ability to collaborate
• Up-to-date sanitary and epidemiological research is welcome – if not available, we will handle the formalities together
