Location: Łódź, Poland

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and achieve sales goals in our Łódź store, offering stability and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: You will manage the team and ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
• Sales Goals: You will work towards achieving sales targets and have a real impact on the store's results.
• Daily Operations: You will organize daily tasks, plan assignments, delegate, and verify their smooth execution.
• Store Appearance: You will ensure the store always looks great, is well-stocked, and has current and readable prices for customers.

Requirements

• Experience: Experience in managing a small team in retail, gastronomy, or FMCG is a plus.
• Organization: Ability to efficiently organize team work and communicate effectively with people.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Health Certifications: Current health research for sanitary and epidemiological purposes is welcome; if not available, we will handle the formalities together.
