Location: Plewiska, Poland

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and achieve sales goals in Plewiska, Poland. Join our team for stability, bonuses, and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: You will manage a team and ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
• Sales Goals: You will work towards achieving sales targets and have a real impact on the store's results.
• Daily Operations: You will organize daily tasks, plan activities, delegate, and verify their smooth execution.
• Store Appearance: You will ensure the store always looks great, is well-stocked, and has current and readable prices for customers.

Requirements

• Experience: You should have experience managing a small team in retail, gastronomy, or FMCG and be able to achieve results.
• Organization: You should efficiently organize team work and communicate effectively with people.
• Teamwork: You should be able to collaborate effectively.
• Health Checks: Current health checks for sanitary and epidemiological purposes are welcome – if you don't have them, we will handle the formalities together.
