We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and achieve sales goals in Świnoujście. Join our team for stability, bonuses, and career growth.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: You will manage the team and ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
Sales Goals: You will work towards achieving sales targets and have a real impact on the store's results.
Daily Operations: You will organize daily tasks, plan assignments, delegate, and verify their smooth execution.
Store Appearance: You will ensure the store always looks great, is well-stocked, and has current and readable prices for customers.

Requirements

Experience: You have experience managing a small team in retail, hospitality, or FMCG and can achieve results. If so, you will fit right in!
Organization: You efficiently organize team work and can communicate effectively with people.
Collaboration: You can work collaboratively.
Health Checks: Current sanitary and epidemiological tests are welcome – if you don't have them, we will take care of the formalities together.
