About the Position

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and achieve sales goals in Swarzędz, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team and ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere
• Work towards achieving sales targets – you have a real impact on the store's results
• Organize daily work – plan tasks, delegate, and verify their smooth execution
• Ensure the store always looks great and is properly stocked, with current and readable prices for customers

Requirements

• Experience in managing even a small team in retail, gastronomy, or FMCG and achieving results? If so, you'll fit right in!
• Efficiently organize team work and communicate effectively with people
• Ability to collaborate
• Up-to-date sanitary and epidemiological research is welcome – if you don't have it, we'll take care of the formalities together
