About the Position

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Milejów, ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team to ensure efficient operations and a positive atmosphere
• Work towards achieving sales targets, having a direct impact on store results
• Organize daily tasks, plan assignments, delegate, and verify their smooth execution
• Ensure the store always looks great, is well-stocked, and prices are up-to-date and clear for customers

Requirements

• Experience in managing a team in retail, gastronomy, or FMCG, with a track record of achieving results
• Ability to efficiently organize team work and communicate effectively with people
• Ability to collaborate
• Current sanitary and epidemiological research is welcome – if not available, we will handle the formalities together
