About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer In-app to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and optimizing in-app advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on mobile advertising.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize in-app advertising campaigns across platforms such as Applovin, Unity, Moloco, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Work with retargeting and user acquisition for mobile applications.
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Set up and configure tracking systems (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) for accurate attribution and reporting.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign results and insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in in-app media buying or mobile advertising.
- Proven experience with Applovin, Unity, Moloco (preferably with all three).
- Strong understanding of retargeting and user acquisition strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tracking and analytics tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.), including campaign setup and configuration.
- Experience working with various GEOs (CIS, Europe, Asia, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large data sets.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Android APK campaigns is a plus.
