Responsibilities

• Brindar soporte en los procesos de selección y en los programas de jóvenes talentos, como Pasantías y Management Trainees.
• Colaborar con el equipo de Talent en diferentes proyectos del área, como Brandstorm y Marca Empleadora.
• Brindar soporte y participar en ferias de empleo en universidades.
• Enviar agendas y brindar soporte en la organización de programas de formación para los colaboradores de la compañía.
• Coordinar las actividades de inducción para nuevos ingresos.
• Consolidar información para la carga de horas en el sistema interno.
• Trabajar en conjunto con la agencia en la elaboración de comunicaciones y campañas para iniciativas del área.
• Recibir y gestionar envíos, así como administrar el stock del área.

Requirements

• Carreras: Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación o afines.
• Formación: Estar cursando los últimos dos años de la carrera o tener aproximadamente un año y medio pendiente para recibirse.
• Perfil: Estudiante con potencial, curiosidad y muchas ganas de aprender. Se valoran el compromiso, la proactividad, la capacidad analítica y la atención al detalle.
• Inglés: Nivel avanzado.
