People & Culture Local Services Associate for Poland (limited contract)

About the Position

We are looking for a People & Culture Local Services Associate for Poland (limited contract) to join our team at SAP Careers. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work pattern located in Warszawa, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of in-person HR services, helping employees navigate onboarding, policy queries, and day-to-day HR processes.
• Assist with the documentation and maintenance of local HR processes.
• Support knowledge management activities and help prepare materials for employee communications and HR initiatives.
• Develop an understanding of how global HR programs and policies are localized.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related people-focused environment.
• Foundational understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience working with ticketing or case management systems.
• Awareness of onboarding, employment documentation, and basic labor law requirements.
• Familiarity with HR systems or common productivity tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR service delivery.
• Knowledge of human resource management and employment and labor laws.
• Skills in stakeholder management, business acumen, and business presentations.

• Competitive salary ranging from PLN 81,200 to PLN 148,400 per year.
