A Day in the Life

In this 6-month full-time internship, you will be part of one of our Marketing Activation Teams in Vienna and support the local activation of our brands in Austria.

• Kampagnen & Launches: You will participate in national online and offline sales campaigns as well as product launches in the Austrian market.
• Eventmanagement: You will plan, organize, and manage customer events and workshops independently.
• Analysen & Stakeholdermanagement: You will conduct market and sell-out analyses and coordinate closely with our international L'Oréal Cluster.

Requirements

• You are in Bachelor's, Master's, or Gap Year and have 6 months for a full-time internship.
• Initial practical experience in marketing and genuine curiosity about consumer behavior and beauty trends.
• Initiative, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English.
