Japan - TAKAMI CRM Project Manager (LUXE)

About the Position

We are seeking a CRM Project Manager for our TAKAMI brand in Japan, focusing on optimizing customer experience through system implementation and project management.

Responsibilities

• System Review and Implementation: Identify ideal systems to optimize customer experience and implement them in line with business strategies.
• Project Management: Manage short-term initiatives and long-term projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with IT, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.
• Global Coordination: Collaborate with zones, global teams, and the CDO team to successfully integrate projects according to standards.
• Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Understand business priorities, gather requirements, and develop feasible plans that meet technical and business needs.
• Understanding Current Operations: Deeply understand current operations to propose and implement optimal solutions that balance customer experience and business goals.
• Effective Communication: Act as a bridge between IT and marketing teams, ensuring clear and effective communication to drive project success.

Requirements

• Must Have Aspects:

  • Strong requirement definition skills focused on customer experience.
  • Experience in managing EC or CRM system projects (3+ years).
  • Experience in managing system projects with cross-functional teams (3+ years).
  • Fluent communication skills in both Japanese and English (speaking and writing).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical and business requirements to diverse stakeholders.

• Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in the skincare, healthcare, or women's products industry.
  • Experience in subscription-based sales businesses.
  • Familiarity with both short-term tactical projects and long-term strategic projects.
  • Experience in collaborating with international teams and global projects.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience optimization and related technologies.
