About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager Development to join our growing real estate team in Cyprus. This role involves developing ambitious projects, with a focus on premium retail shop fit-out in Limassol.
Responsibilities
- Joining a growing real estate team to develop ambitious projects in Cyprus.
- Reporting to the CEO.
- Responsible for the fit-out of a premium retail shop in Limassol.
- Leading local design and construction teams to develop projects within challenging schedules and cost constraints while maintaining the highest quality.
- Coordinating various contractors and handling technical issues on site.
- Developing and updating schedules, budgets, cash-flow, and to-do lists in liaison with the team.
- Ensuring all parties involved in the project are goal-oriented and communicate in an open, effective, and timely manner.
Requirements
- A degree in civil engineering and proven experience in designing and building premium projects (boutique retail, class A offices, upscale penthouses/residences).
- Deep expertise in the following areas:
- Construction management with a specific focus on fit-out works.
- Design management.
- Deep understanding of quality in the premium segment.
- Construction technology, MEP systems, LV systems (BMS, security, AV).
- Budget and cash-flow preparation.
- Programme development (MS Project).
- Time management.
- Necessary skills for change management and the ability to work under stressful conditions.
