About the Role:

At Experts Inside, you will lead Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI projects that transform real business processes, not just license rollouts. Whether it's a classic M365 migration, Copilot implementation, or Agentic AI deployment: You will pull the strings, coordinate teams, and be responsible for results that customers can feel. As a Trusted Advisor, you will guide our clients from the initial use case idea to productive operation, translating technological possibilities into tangible benefits.

Responsibilities

• Project Management for M365 & Copilot: You will plan, manage, and deliver Microsoft 365 rollouts and Copilot implementation projects, from idea and planning through implementation to ongoing customer support.
• AI Projects: You will lead AI projects from requirements gathering to the productive solution at the customer.
• Stakeholder & Communication: You will conduct kick-off meetings, status reviews, and decision presentations confidently at both C-Level and IT team.
• Planning & Controlling: You will create project plans, monitor budget and resources, identify risks early, and escalate them properly.
• Customer Consulting: You will identify use cases, moderate workshops, and support customers from PoC to go-live with clear recommendations and best practices.
• Partner & Team: You will coordinate internal consultants, Microsoft partners, and external service providers, creating an environment where great work is produced.

Requirements

• Microsoft Expertise: You are familiar with the M365 platform (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender) and understand what Copilot and AI solutions mean for businesses.
• Project Management Skills: You work structured with both classical and agile methods. Project plans, risk management, and escalation processes are everyday tasks for you, not an effort.
• Consultant Mindset: You explain complex issues understandably, make decisions based on facts, and drive solutions proactively.
• Technical Understanding: You don't have to be a developer, but you understand how AI agents, APIs, and data flows work, allowing you to work at eye level with the technical team.
• Passion & Curiosity: You follow Microsoft news, are interested in Copilot features, and AI trends, and want to not just manage but shape.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken, internally and with customers.
