About the Position

Somplo is an Israeli / Ukrainian tech-based company, in digital advertising solutions for big agencies and international leading brands. We have Offices in Israel and in Odessa Ukraine, with a staff of around 40 employees (Tech, design, sales, marketing, operation, support and more).

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer who is ready to elevate the quality of Somplo’s product and contribute to transforming the future of online advertising.

HYBRID position / office location - ODESA, UKRAINE

Responsibilities

• Testing the functionality of the product
• Search, record, and track software bugs
• Create and support a QA process and Test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists)
• Collaborate with product manager and stakeholders on features planning and prioritization

Requirements

• Experience in testing commercial projects for at least 2 years
• Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate - B2)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Web testing skills:
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript behavior in the browser
  • Experience with browser DevTools
  • Basic understanding of the client-server architecture
• Familiarity with REST API:
  • Read and understand API documentation
  • Send requests and verify responses using tools like Postman
• Cross-browser and cross-platform web testing
• Experience with project management software (Monday, Jira or similar)
• Experience with test management tools (Qase, TestRail or similar)
• Experience in writing test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists)
• Natural ability to analyze and structure information
• Ability to work with evolving requirements, ask questions, and adapt to changes

Nice to Have

• Experience with version control systems (GIT or others)
• Experience as a Business analytics (creating documents for features with a detailed description)
• Experience with API Automated Testing
• Experience with CRM systems
